The user declares to be fully aware that this is a strictly playful, figurative, and recreational novelty product, designed primarily for collecting or gifting.

• The generated certificate holds no academic, financial, scientific, or astronomical value.
• No Official Affiliation: This project is an independent artistic creation and has absolutely no affiliation, association, or endorsement from any official space agencies (e.g., NASA, ESA) or private aerospace companies.
• The service consists of providing a customized digital novelty item and does not grant rights over any real spacecraft, physical assets, or actual space travel.

• User Content: The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the names and information entered in the registration fields, such as Crewmember Name and Rank.
• Use of Third-Party Names: Registering the names of friends, family members, or public figures is permitted exclusively for informative, commemorative, gifting, and recreational purposes for personal use.

Disclaimer: The website acts only as a generator and host for these commemorative certificates. The user assumes full legal responsibility for any misuse of protected names, exempting the website and its administrators from any legal dispute or indemnity.

• The generated registration is personal and strictly linked to the data provided at the time of purchase.
• The product is designed for personal enjoyment, as a collector's piece, or as a unique gift.
• The user agrees not to market, auction, or resell the certificate to third parties as a financial asset or official document, as the product’s value is purely sentimental, artistic, and recreational.

Due to the nature of immediate delivery and instantaneous personalization of the digital product:

• Cancellation, refund, or data alteration is not possible after payment confirmation and certificate generation.
• The user is fully responsible for reviewing spelling, including the recipient's name if purchased as a gift, and all submitted data before finalizing, as the automated system does not allow post-issuance edits.

By using the service, the user consents to the following:

• The registration, including crewmember name, rank, and virtual fuel contribution, may be public and viewable by anyone through the website’s database, crew roster, or direct certificate link.
