MOXIE and Oxygen From Mars

MOXIE was an experiment on the Perseverance rover that demonstrated a way to extract oxygen from carbon dioxide in the Martian atmosphere. Technology is important here because operating at Mars requires systems that can work with limited power, communication delay and harsh environmental conditions.
